Hello Cudgen Public School,
We would like to take the opportunity to introduce the 2019 student leadership group. We have 8 student leaders four of which are school captains. Here is a little about us.
First up we have Amity, she is very kind and polite, this year she is excited to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Next we have Josie, she is funny and creative. She likes to help others be better people and assist teachers. Up next is Tahlia. Tahlia is artistic and extremely caring, she is very excited to learn more about leadership.
Bella is next she is a wonderful and helpful person. She can’t wait to meet new people and help others. Now we have Aurora, she a very fun and sporty. She can’t wait to make sport a bigger part of Cudgen this year. Next is Jack C an athletic and active person, he is exited to learn new things and help Cudgen out. Jack B is next, he is a very Aussie footy player who would like to encourage younger students to be more involved in sports at school. Last but not least we have Alyce, a very generous and thoughtful person who is exited to take on new opportunities and try new things.
We have already begun to take on new responsibilities and roles around the school. Last week we held the SRC elections, we were each assigned to a class to discuss what a leader was and complete the voting. We had some great new members to help us out around the school. From now on we will be hosting the morning assembles and giving out class points. We are so excited to take on more responsibilities and challenges throughout the year to continue to develop our leadership skills and indeed the leadership skills of others at Cudgen Public School.
