Stage 3 Photography

The Stage 3 students had been learning all about photography. They explored the school grounds, capturing creative shots from every corner. After weeks of practice and discovery, their final photos were ready. The community was invited to admire the students' work as their beautiful photographs were displayed for two weeks at the local shopping village. It was a proud moment for the students, who saw their creativity celebrated by friends, family, and neighbours alike. The photography is currently proudly on display in our school hall.

State Championship!

At Cudgen Public School, sport is a central part of school life, bringing students together and fostering teamwork, resilience, and school pride. Despite being a smaller school compared to others in the region, Cudgen Public School has built a strong sporting reputation through dedication and community support.

One shining example of this commitment is Kwilana, a passionate and talented student-athlete. From an early age, Kwilana demonstrated a keen interest and skill in touch football, regularly training and participating in local and state competitions.

Recently, Kwilana competed in the Primary Schools Sports Association (PSSA) touch football trials, advancing through the various stages. Her performance caught the attention of selectors, and she was proudly chosen to represent the North Coast region at the PSSA NSW State Touch Football Championship.
